The Nursery is managed by a committee of volunteer parents and carers who have children attending the Nursery and the committee's function is governed by the Nursery's constitution. The members of the committee including the 3 main office bearers (chairperson, secretary, treasurer) are elected at our Annual General Meeting held in May/June of each year. It is possible to join the committee throughout the Nursery year if nominated and seconded by an existing member.

The committee is an essential and invaluable part of the Nursery and is a requirement of our partnership with East Dunbartonshire Council and registration with the Care Inspectorate.  It is a lot of fun and gives a great sense of involvement with your child's nursery so please contact any existing member or staff member if you would like to join the committee.
