The Nursery is run by a committee of volunteer parents and caregivers with children attending the Nursery. The committee's responsibilities are outlined in the Nursery's constitution.

Committee members, including the chairperson, secretary, and treasurer, are elected at the Annual General Meeting held in August each year.

It is possible to join the committee during the Nursery year if nominated and seconded by an existing member.

The committee plays a vital role in the Nursery and is a requirement for our partnership with East Dunbartonshire Council and our registration with the Care Inspectorate. Serving on the committee is enjoyable and provides a great sense of involvement with your child's nursery experience.
